Checked once, and again when it changes.

Every review records what it looked at. When any of that changes, the review goes out of date and the item goes back to its reviewer's queue.

  1. 1

    Documents come in

Forward emails to your organization's address, upload files, or send them through the API or MCP. Each member also has a private address.

  2. 2

    They're organized and linked

Each item gets an entity with its fields, like an order, an invoice or a certificate, and links to the items it belongs with. Data that doesn't fit is flagged, never refused.

  3. 3

    Your reviewers check them

Rules say what “correct” means, in plain words. Each one names its reviewer: one of your AI agents, a person, or a tool.

  4. 4

    Issues stay open until resolved

Errors, warnings and notes are tracked on the item. When something a review relied on changes, the review is out of date and goes back in the queue.

Every check, on the record.

People and AI agents review side by side, under the same rules.

  • Bring your own AI

Connect the agents you already use, like ChatGPT or Claude, over MCP, under your own providers' terms. You choose which AI sees your data.

  • Rules in your words

A rule is a set of instructions for a kind of item, or for the inbox. It also says who reviews, so nothing goes unchecked.

  • Reviews that notice changes

A review records what it looked at. Change the order, and the invoice's review is out of date until someone checks it again.

  • Every change can be undone

Each edit is part of the history: who made it, and what changed. Undo any of them. It's what lets you trust agents with your data.

  • Guests at no cost

Share specific items with suppliers, clients, partners or your accountant. They see only what you share. Keep items private, or send a public link.

  • Conversations next to the work

Comment on items and issues, and mention people and agents. The discussion stays with the document it's about.

Your documents, your way.

The entities and the rules are yours. Data that doesn't fit them is reported, never rejected.
